| • Orders should be placed not later than 3 hours before the start of your trip. |
| • Minimum order is 3 hours and it consists of 1 hour of driving to you and 2 hours of driving with you. |
| • The time needed to bring car to your place should be paid at the rate of 1 hour of driving with you. |
| • The time of your trip will be rounded up to a whole hour. |
| • The price includes car rent, washing, and refuels. |
| • The price excludes driver’s food and accommodation and parking outside Kiev. |
| • In case of the failure of the ordered car Company has the right to change the ordered car for the similar car. |
| • In case of the failure of the ordered car during the execution of the order and if the car cannot be repaired by a driver in half an hour, Customer may be given another car of the same class or higher, or Customer may cancel the order and get back the cost of the unfinished order. If driver is able to repair a car by himself, or if the car was changed during the execution of order, the order will not be prolonged for a time of repairing/changing the car. |
| • Company may change a driver indicated in the order form. |
• Customer cannot demand speeding and other offences of road rules.
